You may return most new, unopened items within 21 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Unfortunately, in all other cases, due to the high cost of shipping, customer must pay shipping costs to return as well a 10% restocking fee. Additionally, we cannot take returns on food items. Please try to return in the same packaging you received the product in if you can.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

We ship to anywhere in the US. However, please note that some items are over-sized or heavy and they may incur additional handling and shipping charges.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Shipping rate is a flat fee of $15; if the item is oversized, there may be additional shipping costs.
We appreciate your understanding that we are not Amazon or a big retailer that can negotiate great deals on shipping and offer you free shipping. Unfortunately, we pay the same rates you do when you go to the post office to ship your items. Most of the time, we incur a cost when we ship something and this is multiplied by the weight of the item we are shipping as well as the distance it needs to travel to its final destination. Again, we appreciate you understanding with all of this and please know that we try our best to keep shipping costs as low as we can.
