YES! We are now open for in-person, shopping; masks are not required. Right now we are open HOLIDAY HOURS:  Tuesday-Saturday, 10am-6pm and Sundays + Mondays, 11am-5pm.

NORMAL HOURS WILL RESUME 1/4/2023: Tues-Sat, 11am-5pm; Sun, 12pm-4pm; CLOSED MONDAYS

  • I placed my order online: when will my order be ready?

We do our best to get your orders to you as quickly as possible: right now, fulfillment for in-store pick up is usually same-day. If you need your order by a certain time please leave a message for us at checkout or text 916-799-5736 to let us know. We will do our very best. If you leave us your phone number, we will text you with instructions about pick up when your order is ready. As the holidays get closer, this time to get your order together may take longer as we are helping customers in the store. Text us to let us know you're on your way so we can get your order together if you need by a certain time. Otherwise, please wait for us to contact you to let you know your order is ready. If ordering something from a different season, your item may be stored off-site and may take a day or so to retrieve. Again, please wait for a notification (usually via text) that your order is ready or about the status of your order before coming to pick up; 

If you chose DELIVERY, we are generally delivering on Wednesdays and Saturdays. If you need other arrangements, please let us know (by leaving a comment at checkout). 

For SHIPPING, we try to ship out within 2-3 business days and use priority or first class meaning 2-3 days for delivery. Of course, once we drop off at the post office, it is out of our hands and we have no control over weather or other possible delays. 

  • Can I order online and pick up at the store?

Yes! At checkout, you will be given an option to choose Porch Pick Up or Free Local Delivery (with $25 min purchase; no min purchase for porch pickup) if your shipping address is in California. You must enter a "shipping" address for these options to come up. Click on the option of your choice: In-Store Pick Up OR Free Local Delivery (see the answer to the next question to see if you are in the Delivery Zone). 

  • What is considered "LOCAL" for "Free Local Delivery"?

We are happy to deliver your purchase to you if you are within our local delivery zone and have met a $25 purchase minimum. We deliver to East Sac, College Greens, Tahoe Park, River Park, Land Park, Curtis Park, the Pocket, Greenhaven, Arden Arcade, McKinley Village, Oak Park, Midtown and Downtown. Check to see if your zip code is one of the ones we deliver to:

  • How quickly can I get my order?

During non-holiday times or when there are no special circumstances, orders placed before 4:30pm Tuesday-Saturday can usually be picked up same day. Just give us 15-20 minutes to pull the order together. If you include your phone number, we will text you that your order is ready for pick up. Once you arrive at the store (1462 33rd Street), just come on in and ask for your order at the register.

  • How do I pick up my order if I want to pick up at the store?

If you give us your phone number, we will text you when the order is ready to be picked up (otherwise we will email you at the provided email address). Once you arrive at 1462 33rd Street to pick up your order, just come on in and your order will be waiting for you at the register. Feel free to park in the driveway or block the driveway if you're having trouble parking and you're just picking up. 

  • My purchase is a gift: Can you gift wrap/add a message/deliver to them?

We love helping you out with your gifts! We offer complimentary gift bagging with tissue and ribbon free of charge.  If you would like to add a gift message, please add that information in the COMMENTS box at checkout. Any special instructions about gift wrap, gift bagging, gift messages can be left in the COMMENTS box at checkout. You can also ask us to contact you if there are special instructions that you would like to relay to us. Gifts can also be delivered to recipients who live in our delivery zone free of charge. (See the answer to the delivery question above to see if your gift recipient lives in the delivery zone.) 

  • I need a ___ but I don't see it on the website; Do you have a ____? 

We are working hard to get more and more of our inventory online, but its a big task that is constantly ongoing. If you need something but don't see it, email us at or text/call 916-799-5736. We might have what you're looking for but haven't gotten it up on the website yet. Thanks for your patience!
