The sea salt is hand-harvested by Bitterman Salt Co. and lends a subtle and delicate flavor to our balanced blend of Madagascan and Brazilian cacao. This bar is a classic that all chocolate lovers will adore!

Dick Taylor Craft Chocolate is based in Eureka, CA. Deeply rooted in a background of woodworking and boat building, they have always loved working with their hands. The concept of craft has been a guiding principle as they purchased some small-scale equipment in 2010 and began making chocolate from the bean. They use only organic cacao and organic cane sugar in their chocolate and hope you enjoy it as much as they enjoy creating it. The distinctive letter press packaging makes it a perfectly giftable item.
